Think Outside the Box is a nonprofit organization based in Elkhart County, Indiana, dedicated to bringing families, schools, and communities together through interactive, imaginative play. We believe puzzles, games, and storytelling are powerful tools for connection, education, and creativity.

What started as a simple escape room has grown into a mission-driven movement—offering many different fun puzzling experiences that challenge the mind and spark joy and area accessible to everyone.

• County-Wide Scavenger Hunt App
  Our free app invites families to explore, learn, and solve puzzles across Elkhart County anytime they choose.
• Free Monthly Kids Events
  Hands-on activities, take-home crafts, and mini puzzles offered at libraries and public spaces throughout the year.
• Classroom-Sized Experiences
  We’re building large-scale educational games for middle and high schools – available in early 2026.

We believe learning doesn’t have to happen in a classroom—and fun doesn’t have to be mindless. Our games are crafted to encourage critical thinking, teamwork, and wonder. Through generous donors and community support, we make these experiences available to all.
