Think Outside the Box serves Elkhart County residents and visitors with fun and unique games and challenges. We do that with our very own app named TOBI! The app is the home of the FREE Elkhart County Scavenger Hunt, Outdoor Adventures and more!

We would love to expand the app to include more activities, prizes, and well…. more fun. Building a stronger game will allow more families to explore Elkhart County landmarks, parks, museums and businesses, creating a stronger bond within the community.
